The first part of the class mediates the importance of theoretical facts about cultivation, origin, processing and roasting.

The first part of the class mediates the importance of theoretical facts about cultivation, origin, processing and roasting. 

In the second part we begin with teaching how to dispense, grind and the coffee temper. You will get to know the grinder and why the temperature is so important. Learn what is improtant about the water, how to choose it and how to use the portafilter machines.

Afterwards we focus on the right preperation of different coffee breeds and of course the perfect milk foam.

  • Espresso preperation : dispense, temper, pressure and pass duration

  • preperation of the perfect Espersso
  • preperation and explanation of the different coffee drinks
  • Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte Macciato
  • tasting of all coffee creations
  • cleaning of the grinder and the portafilter machine
