Barista


The Drago Mocambo Barista Training is a important point for our client sto learn all around the world of the coffee bean. We just started this new project to spread tecnical information about the correct preparation of espresso or cappuccino as to explain to all employees what means coffee beans from the plantage to the cup. It is also possible personalize training right into your own bar or coffee house. At the end of the course participants are awarded a Mocambo Barista Diploma Certificate.  
  • Training level I - From plantage to cup

    A theoretical training is given by qualified Coffee Sommelier & Certified SCAE Barista. The participants will acquire everything they need to know about  of the origin of the beans trought the selction, different quality, roasting,brewing and so on,  allowing them to become professional  in running their own businesses.

    Taking up a career as a barista requires a high level of training. Learning about the techniques of preparation, blending, how to monitor the machines and manage customers rapidly and efficiently,and how prepare cappuccinos with latte art  allows you to become a true Barista expert.
